From the off Josh was friendly and professional. There was a period of a few days I had to wait to collect the car and he held without a deposit. Upon arrival I was extremely pleased to see the car defrosted and ready for a viewing. Josh allowed me plenty of time to look around the car on my own without bothering/hovering. Following this he allowed me to take it for a test drive - even suggesting to put the child seats in the back to take my children and partner with me which was lovely. When we returned there was no haste or hard sell and Josh made me and my partner a coffee and gave my kids a drink. Once my decision to buy the vehicle was made he helped me swap over the logbook and even sorted the tax for my vehicle! It was a massively efficient and friendly sale throughout and made it a genuinely happy experience! The car in of brilliant quality and was extremely reasonably priced! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient and fast dealer!

I recently purchased a Volvo s60 from these guys and the whole experience was first class. The car was delivered on time and was exactly as described. I had to get in contact with the guys after my purchase to request an MOT slip and the couldn't have been more helpful. I'd highly recommend.

I bought a Tiguan from here had a couple of minor faults which even the best mechanic in the world could not foresee I contacted Josh and within a blink of a eye put wright and back on the road. My first experience with D a motors was totally stress free no pushy salesman looking over your shoulder I was left to my own devices to look over the vehicles available at my leisure. We are all a bit wary when it comes to buying a car but Josh and Albert are a couple of amazing guys who only have there customers satisfaction at heart in all my years of driving and buying cars I never come across a dealership that I have 100% faith in they are a credit to the trade and will continue to use and recommend to anybody.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT !!!. From the beginning to the end of this experience ( and yes it is more than just buying a car, its about the whole experience !!) I was treated with professionalism and curtesy that was second to none!!!The car ( a 10 year old Automatic Ford Fiesta with 43, 000 miles on the clock with full service History) that I had enquired about on the phone was ready and waiting for me to test drive. I was advised where to take the car for a drive and where I could stop, get out and check the vehicle over. There was no pressure at all to purchase the car at any point of what was a VERY enjoyable experience.After test driving the vehicle, I was slightly concerned regarding 3 of the tyres. They were legal, but the car was for my Daughter, and so the natural 'protective instincts ' of a 'Dinosaur Dad' kicked In !!I need not have worried. Josh had already got the current MOT out of the filing cabinet and had noticed that the last mot had 3 advisory comments about the 3 said tyres.Josh explained that he wanted to put the car through a new MOT as there was only 5 months on the current MOT. At the same time not only did Josh change the 3 tyres, he actually replace ALL the tyres. The car was driven to me from Lutterworth to Market Harborough, the car was given a very good clean prior to my acceptance at my house and Josh and I sat down in my lounge to finalise the deal.It's quite simple, if you want to buy a good used car from a trusted dealer, look no further.
